It’s no secret that adolescence comes with some phenomenal changes. The ups can be amazing, the downs can be awful and the way they get from one to the other so quickly some days can be mind-blowing.

During adolescence, our teens need our love and guidance more than ever, but it will need to be more on their terms for a while. Adolescence is something they have to do on their own. We can guide them, but we can’t do it for them. This is their time for growth and learning but there is something powerful we can do to help them along the way.
